SUMMARY:PTA Summer Fair\, 3.30-5.30 pm
DESCRIPTION:Reception\, Year 1\, Year 2\, Year 3\, Year 4\, Year 5\, Year 6 \nPTA Summer Fair – Friday 18th July 2025\, 3.30 – 5.30 pm  \nThe PTA have been busy in the background working on the details for the 2025 Summer Fair: this will take place on Friday 18th July straight after school until 5.30 pm.  We hope to have some school fair activities as well at the Year 6 children organising their fair games.  We also hope to have bouncy castles (more than one if we get enough helpers!)\, hot dogs\, tuck shop and chocolate tombola. \nIn addition to this\, we are inviting vendors to hold stalls\, we have a Children’s Toy stall already but if you know of anyone who would like a stall please ask them to email ptaswanlandschool@gmail.com.  Stalls are £20.00. \nDon’t forget to sign up – the Summer Fair is dependent on volunteers!  Thank you to those of you who have already signed up\, however we desperately need volunteers in order to make this event a success.  Please click here to volunteer!  Thank you. \nRAFFLE PRIZES: Are you able to donate a raffle prize for our PTA Summer Fair on Friday 18th July?  Perhaps you run a small business – this would be an excellent opportunity to advertise your business through a voucher or a sample of your products?  All donations are welcomed\, large and small\, and should be brought to the School Office – thank you very much! \nOTHER DONATIONS: We need prizes for games – do you have any left-over birthday/party bag contents that you could donate to us to use as prizes?  If so\, we would be very grateful if you could drop them off at the School Office before Friday 11th July.  Thank you. \nBOUNCY CASTLE AND SLIDE: We are happy to announce that we can have a Bouncy Slide and a Bouncy Castle at the Fair this year!  Families can pre-order the wrist bands (£3 a ticket per child) which will allow access all evening and unlimited ‘goes’ on the slide and bouncy castle (bouncy castle sessions will be timed).  We expect this to be a busy attraction\, so please be aware a queueing system will be in place.    Click on the following link to register (if you have not already done so) and buy tickets: https://www.pta-events.co.uk/swanland  Sales close at 12.00 pm on Friday 12th July.  Wrist bands will be given out at the end of the school day on the 18th July and can also be bought at the sweet stall at the Fair.
