SUMMARY:Outdoor Classroom Day (non-uniform)
DESCRIPTION:Reception\, Year 1\, Year 2\, Year 3\, Year 4\, Year 5\, Year 6 \nOn Thursday 6th November\, we will be celebrating Outdoor Classroom Day. On this day\, all the children will be doing the majority of their learning outside. They will come to school in non-uniform\, wearing clothes that they don’t mind getting wet or muddy. We would also like every child to bring a pair of wellies or boots that they can change into when doing the activities in muddier areas and if possible waterproof trousers and jackets. If children do not have a change of shoes for the muddy activities they may not be able to fully join in as they will need clean shoes to wear indoors for lunch etc. \nAt the end of the day\, we are inviting any parents who wish to join us to come for a OPAL Parent Play session. This will be at 2.25 pm until 3.05 pm and will be an opportunity for parents to see what their children have done that day\, as well as join in with a typical lunchtime play session. \nIf you wish to attend\, please just fill in this link to notify us that you will be there.

DESCRIPTION:Reception\, Year 1\, Year 2\, Year 3\, Year 4\, Year 5\, Year 6 \nDuring the first week of school after the half-term holiday\, we are hoping to have several Poppy Appeal products on sale.  There are a range of items such as poppies\, pin badges\, wristbands and stationery – the recommended donations for the products range from 50p to £2.00.  These items will be on sale in the classroom for children to buy should they wish.  Any children who are a member of the Rainbows\, Brownies\, Guides\, Beavers\, Cubs and Scouts organisations may wear their uniform to school on Tuesday 11th November 2025.

DESCRIPTION:Reception\, Year 1\, Year 2\, Year 3\, year 4\, Year 5\, Year 6 \nThe PTA Christmas Fair is this Saturday 29th November from 10.00 am to 2.00 pm.  There will be lots of stalls selling Christmas goodies and it is FREE entry! \nThe café will be open for bacon sandwiches\, sausage sandwiches\, hot dogs and drinks. \nSanta will be in his Grotto\, tickets are SOLD OUT; for those of you lucky enough to purchase a ticket\, we hope you enjoy your visit!  Please remember your voucher on the day. You may be able to get to see Santa on the day by queueing\, but this will depend on availability\, time and how many presents he has left. \nDo visit Year 4’s Cake Stall and Craft Stall and Year 5’s Teddy Bear Tombola and if you have not done so already\, do not forget to purchase your Raffle Tickets!  As well as purchasing the tickets sent home\, they will be for sale on the day too!  There are some super prizes and\, at £1.00 a ticket\, it represents great value should you win!!  Any tickets sent home should be returned (sold or unsold) to the School Office tomorrow\, Friday 28th November. \nAs with all events\, help setting up\, running stalls and clearing away is needed and greatly appreciated.  If you can spare any time at all\, please click here\, where you can sign up to offer your help.  Thank you in advance!
