By wearing bright\, colourful\, and mismatched socks\, pupils and staff can show their support in a simple\, visible and meaningful way. \nChildren are welcome to come to school wearing mismatched socks on the day – the more colourful and mismatched\, the better! Families may choose to purchase official socks (click here)\, but any fun socks are absolutely fine. \nWe would also be grateful for any voluntary cash donations\, which will go directly to Downright Special\, a charity that provides invaluable support to children with Down Syndrome and to our school community. \nThank you for helping us celebrate this important day.

These sessions act as the first point of contact for signposting families to appropriate services and should be used before initiating an Early Help referral\, as Gary can direct families to a range of support options\, including Early Help where necessary. \nThis process also enables Front Door Services to direct parents to our pre‑arranged drop‑in sessions when they enquire about support but do not require a full referral. \nThis drop‑in opportunity is the first step prior to making an Early Help referral. \nWe will be offering half‑termly drop‑in sessions\, with the first session taking place on Tuesday 17th March between 9.00 am and 11.30 am. DESCRIPTION:Reception\, Year 1\, Year 2\, Year 3\, Year 4\, Year 5\, Year 6 \nThank you to those of you who have already started to gather sponsors for the Dove House Tinsel Tree Trot on Thursday 18th December. All those bringing at least £2.00 or more will be able to take part in this event. Please send your child’s money and sponsor form in before Thursday 18th December. \nWe will have a professional photographer attending the event from Nino Travagli. Photos will be shared via a whole school Sway and children whose parents have not given this permission in the Arbor App will not be included in the photos. \n… \nWe will be raising money for Dove House by undertaking a sponsored Tinsel Tree Trot (sponsored run) on Thursday 18th December. On this day\, children are invited to come to school in non- uniform\, perhaps a Christmas Jumper or other Christmas attire – with suitable outdoor shoes for a possibly muddy run around the school grounds. We ask children to make a donation towards Dove House for this event as well as gather sponsors. 100% of the profits will be given to Dove House. Please help this important charity by raising as much money as you are able (minimum of £2.00 per child please). \nEach participating child will receive: \n\nA fantastically festive Christmas tree hat and tinsel for each child\nSponsor forms to collect those all important donations\n\nThe children will participate in an assembly on Friday 5th December and be given a sponsor form on that day.
