Flu Vaccinations CATCH-UP SESSION

Reception, Year 1, Year 2, Year 3, Year 4, Year 5, Year 6

The immunisation nurses will be in school for a ‘catch up’ session on Tuesday 11th November 2025 for anyone who would like their child to have the nasal flu spray but did not complete the consent form before the visit on 3rd October.

If you would like your child to receive the Flu vaccine and you have NOT already done so, please complete a consent form with YES via the website www.schoolvaccination.uk . On the webpage click on E-consent forms at the top of the page to access the online forms.

If you did not complete the consent form previously and still do not wish your child to have the nasal flu spray, we would ask that you still complete the form to confirm this .
