Our main topics, which we look forward to in the first term, are Light and Shadow, The Americas and Roman Britain.

During the Spring term, our main topics will be the Egyptians, States of Matter, Electricity and Climate and the Weather.

During our Science and Geography topics, the children will take part in a range of practical activities to extend their learning. These include designing and making a torch and our residential visit to Cranedale.

In the final term, out topics will be Living Things, Teeth and Digestion, Rivers and The Water Cycle. Some of the activities that support these topics will include investigations into how quickly chocolate melts and understanding about the processes involved in passing a law at the Houses of Parliament.
