PTA Summer Fete

PTA Summer Fete – Friday 12th July 2024
The PTA have been busy in the background working on the details for the 2024 Summer Fete: this will take place on Friday 12th July straight after school until 5.30 pm. We hope to have some traditional school fete games as well at the Year 6 children organising their fete games. We also hope to have bouncy castles (more than one if we get enough helpers!), hot dogs, tuck shop, a bric-a-brac stall and chocolate tombola.
All of this will be dependent on volunteers though, so we will shortly be sending out sign-up sheets for volunteers. If you can donate 30 minutes of your time, this will make the event a success! The more volunteers we have the more activities we can run!
In addition to this, we are inviting vendors to hold stalls, we have a Children’s Toy stall and Face Painting already but if you know of anyone who would like a stall please ask them to email [email protected]. Stalls are £20.00.
Summer Fete – Raffle Prizes and Volunteers Please!
Are you able to donate a raffle prize for our PTA Summer Fete on Friday 12th July? Perhaps you run a small business – this would be an excellent opportunity to advertise your business through a voucher or a sample of your products? All donations are welcomed, large and small, and should be brought to the School Office – thank you very much!
